In this episode I cover the first part of "The 4-hour work week" by Tim Ferriss. The first several chapters Tim covers his life and experiences that led up to him becoming successful and then writing this book. In this episode the first actionable content is towards the end of chapter 7 which he asks 6-questions pertaining to FEAR!! So I cover the questions and answer them with insight into what is currently going on in my life and the changes that I'm making towards reaching my goals and FEAR/INSECURITIES are standing in my way. Here's the 6-questions asked for us to dive deep within and discover.
1-Define your nightmare! What is your worse case situation that you could be put in if you followed through with what you were considering?
2-what are the steps that you would take temporarily relieve the stress?
3-what are the outcomes of the probable/positive impact?
4-if you were fired today what would you do?
5- what are you putting off out of fear?
6-what is this costing you to postpone this action both financially and emotionally?
Take your time to answer these questions. This is the first step in living life to your fullest potential and designing the life you want to live!!!!
