Episode 59: Give Thanks Daily...not just Once a Year
For starters I have to say
Thank You for everyone who has listened, downloaded, shared,and
commented on an episode of this show. Your support makes my day
brighter and drives the passion to keep this show rolling. This
episode is all about gratitude and having the mindset to stop and
give thanks. When times get dark or a situation comes to the
forefront that you were not repared for give thanks. Before you let
the panic and anxiety set in, stop and think of all the things in
your life that you have that bring you happiness. This moment of
conscious thought and reflection will dispell any negative thought
and give you the clarity needed to make the right decison, say the
right thing, and take full advantage of the opportunities that are
given to us daily. Light will always erase
Darkness.
