I have to start off with a big Thank You!!! Thank you for listening to the shows, for the feedback and for the support over the last 6-months of this show. It has been an adventure to say the least. Making every possible mistake when it comes to recording, editing, and saving these shows, I have learned a ton through trial and error. . Just like in life, as we begin new journeys, a lot of time we walk into them with no skill set and have to learn on the fly in order to be successful. As a business owner and artist its quite the same and this year has been no different. While continually pushing myself to develop skills in areas of business and my glass ,it has given me a unique opportunity to share this adventure with you inn hopes that you the listener can learn from my mistakes and grow as a professional artist.
Setting goals this year was a huge catalyst to my achievements and even though some goals were set with a plan when it actually was achieved it has been huge to see these ideas come to reality. Between this show, getting into a new studio, cutting back my time at Disney as a glass artist and truly focusing my time away from all that on my family its been a ton of hard work, dedication and perseverance. Taking what ive learned this year I want to begin the next year on the right foot with a clear direction and a st of goals that also have a clear picture. That why starting in January we will be focusing on goal setting, accountability partners and mastermind groups. Three areas of significance that will lead you on the path you've always dreamed of. Start thinking about what you'd like to accomplish next year whether its to learn new techs, increase your revenue, sell at a trade show, build a website, or build a new studio space. Anything you can think is possible as long as you have a clear organized plan of action.
Stay tuned to the next few weeks as we will be discussing how to create a set of goals, keep on top of them and watch them come to reality. Its only possible if you are organized and have a great work ethic.
Lets get the ball rolling now so we aren't playing catch anymore.........
much love and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us at WyzGuy Media...

Hey yo. What the hell is going on?
I've decided to put a cabosh on my review of The 4-hour work week. Everyone I've gone to record the episode it sounds like I'm reading the book and that isn't what I want to accomplish. This book is so good and life changing. So what I'm gonna do is share my journey as I take on this powerful read and then when it's all over share with you the dirty details and hopefully some of you have read/listened to it and taken action to change your life's trajectory.....
In in the meantime I've given some insight into future shows including Tax season and Goal Setting for 2016... Sit back and enjoy as I share with you a reading from my Wife in her British Accent which always makes me laugh... A bit of a peak behind the curtain of my life with this amazing Woman and my kids. The poem is called "The Voice" by Shel Silverstein. One of my favorite poets. Much love everyone.
Have a Wyz Day!!!!!
3-ways to promote and sell during the holidays
Hey everyone...In this episode I discuss the idea of creating unique items during the holiday season that aren't the norm. There's literally thousands of items that can created for the holidays that can turn into great sales with high profit margins. It's ok making icicles, ornaments, and snow men but why not go against the grain and make items that can be appreciated year round.
Below are links to ideas found on Amazon that can be incorporated into your glass or even just used as inspiration.
Just recently the show became an affiliate with Amazon and by using this unique link every purchase made will help support the show. It doesn't cost you anything extra. It's just one more way of supporting the podcast.

has a great philosophy to life. Some days he's an artist, some days a craftsman.
Karl Termini’s love for glass began in New Jersey in the late 1990’s as a lampworker. Like most people back then he taught him self glass through trial and error. He started up a small shop in his house in the the late 90's and built a small catalog. He advertised this in retailers magazines and things were going great till 2002's nation wide issues. In 2004 he got tired of the grey area environment as a pipe maker in the states and moved to Amsterdam, Holland and quickly established notoriety as a glass maker and artist. Karl focused on scientific glass making techniques and opened his second pipe company, SNOB, with two friends: Hans Meijer "NL" and Adam Dunn "THSEEDS/HempHoodlamb.” Right out of the gate SNOB was being recognized as a leading pipe company and they managed to take home the Can Cup multiple times.
While in Amsterdam Karl started a school, Studio Termini Amsterdam, that he used to teach students from around the world basic borosilicate art-glass techniques. Karl loved to educate and share his knowledge. One of the most rewarding teaching opportunities Karl had was with a young adult with autism. Over the course of two years Karl taught this student advanced glass work techniques.
The Holland lifestyle was non-stop party and Karl was ready for a change. His skills continued to improve and he was ready to bring his pipes back to the States. Karl moved to Ithaca, NY and opened his new company, Termini Tubes. The first couple of years flew by and his customer base exploded.
Karl makes every Termini pipe personally. He focuses on providing the ultimate product by only shipping pipes made out of the absolute best glass possible, at reasonable prices, and with unmatched service. Every piece on the site is made to order, and there is no inventory stocked. This way Karl can change it up as often as he likes and keep it fresh.
Now you can find Termini Tubes in shops around the world or purchase a made-to-order piece made personally by Karl Termini here on www.TerminiTubes.com.

In this episode I cover the first part of "The 4-hour work week" by Tim Ferriss. The first several chapters Tim covers his life and experiences that led up to him becoming successful and then writing this book. In this episode the first actionable content is towards the end of chapter 7 which he asks 6-questions pertaining to FEAR!! So I cover the questions and answer them with insight into what is currently going on in my life and the changes that I'm making towards reaching my goals and FEAR/INSECURITIES are standing in my way. Here's the 6-questions asked for us to dive deep within and discover.
1-Define your nightmare! What is your worse case situation that you could be put in if you followed through with what you were considering?
2-what are the steps that you would take temporarily relieve the stress?
3-what are the outcomes of the probable/positive impact?
4-if you were fired today what would you do?
5- what are you putting off out of fear?
6-what is this costing you to postpone this action both financially and emotionally?
Take your time to answer these questions. This is the first step in living life to your fullest potential and designing the life you want to live!!!!
