Luke Zimmerman, Esq. LL.M is the founding and principle of The Law Office of Luke S. Zimmerman APC. Luke obtained his undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Oregon at Eugene and then graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego California, as a member of the Pro Bono Honors Society. His interest in international trade and investment law led him to the Netherlands where he obtained a Masters of Law from the University of Amsterdam. The focus of his master thesis was the effect of bi-lateral trade agreements on the harmonization of intellectual property standards, provided through the World Trade Organization Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights(TRIPS). His experiences living in Amsterdam and observations of the paradigm shift surrounding cannabis lead Luke to believe that the end of cannabis prohibition would be the future of The United States.

Based on this idea, Luke formed The Law Office of Luke S. Zimmerman APC, where he assists entrepreneurs in the emerging cannabis industry and helps them protect their intellectual property. A core mission of the Law Office of Luke S. Zimmerman is drug policy reform, which is why Luke volunteers on the Clemency Project 2014. Luke currently splits his time working with clients in Oregon and California, as well as nationally on trademark issues.

Luke is also certified by Oaksterdam University, in both, beginner and advanced courses and has received advanced training and certification in mediation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and cross cultural competencies

The Law Office of Luke S Zimmerman APC is featured in the 3rd edition of the Arcview market report “The State of Legal Marijuana Markets” in the branding in the cannabis industry section. Luke Zimmerman is a member of the National Cannabis Bar Association (NCBA).

this is dedicated to commitment...this has been a long, exhausting week as we continue the build-in of our new studio. There's been plenty of times this week where I could have said screw it and gone and and to bed but instead I stayed and got on the torch to make sure that orders are getting worked on..As soon as we had a basic ventilation setup there was no way I was just gong to bed.  After around 70-hrs this week I fell asleep in the middle of uploading and editing this show whcohnI recorded on my way home around 1:45 am last night (Thursday). The only reason this wasnt published on time..so here it is... I'm committed to you , the glass community, and this commitment will continue till I can no longer turn my mic on.... Love each and everyone of you..thank you for your commitment to this show , to your art, your families, friends, and customers. This entire community is commited to becoming the best they can be in every facet of the arena!

Take care and see you Monday!!!

This week follow the journey as myself and 3-other artists join our energy and passion as we embark on this new studio journey. I'll be sharing our conversations as we brain storm ideas for how we want the studio setup. Bench setup, ventilation, lightning, etc.   this episode is an introduction into the journey. I give key advice on why Partnerships rarely work and how you can still go into business with a fellow partner/ friend without being business partners. Also I get into the importance of having a 60-90 day emergency fund and why you could be screwed without it....   This is an introduction...

Much love and let me know what you think about this style show....
